GS Procurement Services: Technology Hardware: Laptops, Desktop Minis, Monitors, Docks and Related Items

Background
The County of Santa Barbara, through its Procurement Services Division, is seeking bids for the supply of new and unused technology hardware including laptops, desktop minis, monitors, docks, and related items.
The goal of this contract is to fulfill the County's technology needs efficiently and effectively. The estimated annual purchase volume is approximately $2,500,000 based on previous expenditures.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products: Laptops, Desktop Minis, Monitors, Docks, and related items as specified in Section 6.3 of the solicitation.
All products must be sourced from lawful distributors in the United States and delivered directly to the County. Bidders must be authorized resellers for at least 20 out of 23 specified brands including Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and others.
The units must come with all standard equipment and accessories as per manufacturer specifications. Additionally, bidders are required to submit detailed literature for all items shipped.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is set to end on June 30, 2027.
There is an option for the County to extend the contract for three additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various departments within Santa Barbara County at designated locations as specified in purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain authorized reseller status throughout the contract duration and may be required to provide certification from manufacturers.
They must also comply with federal clauses regarding equal employment opportunity and other regulations as outlined in Exhibits D and E attached to the solicitation.
