Background
The State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Family Survey Printing and Mailing Fulfillment Services. The purpose of this contract is to support the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in collecting data on consumer satisfaction and service provision through the mailing of surveys to eligible families. This initiative aims to evaluate the quality and performance of California's developmental disability service delivery system across 21 regional centers.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for printing up to 75,000 pieces of mail, applying unique identifiers, matching them to specified contents, binding, inserting, and delivering these mailpieces to the W. Sacramento USPS for mailing. The contractor must ensure that all services adhere to the terms outlined in Attachment 9, Sample Standard Agreement and Exhibits.
The anticipated term of the contract is three months, from April 2026 through June 2026.
