Cisco Network Equipment

Background
San Bernardino County, through its Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator's office, is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. SHR125-ADMSR-5837 for the procurement of Cisco Network Equipment.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the technological capabilities of the Sheriff's Technical Services Division, ensuring efficient operations and improved service delivery to the community.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of specific Cisco Network Equipment as follows:
1. Model N9K-C93108-FX3-B8C - Quantity: 2
2. Model N9K-C93180YC-FX3 - Quantity: 2
3. Model C9300-48P (Cisco Catalyst 9300) - Quantity: 4.
The equipment must be delivered to the Sheriff's Technical Services Division located at 14622 El Molino Street, Fontana, CA 92335 within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the County’s Purchase Order.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon issuance of a Purchase Order and is expected to be completed within forty-five (45) days for delivery of all specified equipment.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance and delivery of products is San Bernardino County, specifically at the Sheriff's Technical Services Division located at 14622 El Molino Street, Fontana, CA 92335.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify that they are registered in the United States General Services Administration’s System for Award Management and comply with California Secretary of State registration requirements if applicable.
Additionally, bidders must complete Attachment A for Local Vendor Preference Self-Certification if applicable.
