Car Wash Service for APD Fleet (Commodity)

Background
The Airport Police Division (APD) is seeking to establish a three-year contract for car wash services to maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of its fleet.
The APD's mission is to ensure the safety and security of the airport environment, which includes maintaining its vehicles in optimal condition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive car wash services for the APD fleet, which includes:
- Exterior washing of vehicles
- Interior cleaning, including vacuuming and dusting
- Application of wax or sealant as needed
- Cleaning of windows and mirrors
- Use of environmentally friendly cleaning products
- Adherence to all safety and health regulations during service provision.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at designated locations within the jurisdiction of the Airport Police Division, primarily at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several administrative requirements including:
- Submission of a completed Vendor ID Form.
- An Affidavit of Non-Collusion must be included with the proposal.
- Completion and submission of Bidder Contributions CEC Form 55, detailing campaign contribution restrictions.
- Compliance with the Equal Benefits Ordinance, ensuring equal benefits for employees with domestic partners.
- Proof of insurance as specified in the contract documents, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
