Work Details
The awarded bidder will provide a variety of food services including breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, grab-and-go food options, online ordering, catering for special events, and maintaining high customer service standards. The kitchen area is approximately 3,000 square feet with a 200 square foot storage room. Specific requirements include:
- No alcoholic beverages will be served.
- Catering services must be coordinated directly with employees requesting them.
- Sustainable practices must be implemented including the use of recyclable or biodegradable supplies and proper recycling of waste.
- Menu offerings should include a range of healthy options such as bakery items, dairy products, breakfast items (e.g., eggs cooked to order), sandwiches, salads, soups, and various beverages. A detailed menu reflecting local cuisine is expected.
Period of Performance
The desired start date for lease operations is August 1, 2025. The contract will require adherence to specific operational hours from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
