Background

The contract involves the provision of 2 units of Aviation Night Vision Goggles, specifically model E31001W-1T from ASU Inc.
The goggles must meet the following specifications:
- Unlimited figure of merit (FOM) minimum 2376
- White Aeronox MT/LPBP
- TSO certification.
Bidders must be authorized distributors for this product and may need to provide proof of authorization from the manufacturer.
All products delivered must be new and unused, conforming to safety standards as per OSHA and CALOSHA regulations.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the Aviation Night Vision Goggles is expected within 7 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
The contract will remain valid until February 15, 2026, with options for additional quantities at the same prices if exercised before this date.
