Background
The San Bernardino County Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. SHR125-ADMSR-5735 for the procurement of 2025 Ford Explorer XLT Active 4WD vehicles.
The purpose of this contract is to acquire vehicles that will support the operations of the Sheriff's department, enhancing their capability to serve the community effectively.

The pricing includes sales tax and tire fees, while no DMV charges will apply.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed upon award, with immediate delivery based on vehicle availability after issuance of the County's Purchase Order.
Payment terms are Net 60 days after invoice acceptance.

Place of Performance
The vehicles will be delivered to the Sheriff’s Automotive Division located at 655 East Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92415.
