Government Description
Construction management and Quality Assurance (QA) services 4 year base SATOC. Provides general construction management and QA services, including assessment and monitoring of compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and ancillary documents; quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, technical documents, and other construction contractor documents; reporting of findings to the field COR; file and data management; and other similar non-design tasks as necessary. Work is performed at various locations throughout Alaska, including remote sites, installations, and bases, with specific locations provided for each task order. Recent tasks include QA services for eareckson air station and construction management and QA for moose creek dam.
