Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for a total small business set aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).
The primary goal of this contract is to provide Value Engineering (VE) and Charrette Facilitation services at various locations throughout Alaska and Wake Island.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a range of tasks including:
- Value Engineering analysis and studies of project features and design systems.
- Leading and facilitating charrettes, including early concept functional analysis workshops using VE methodology.
- Providing facilitation services for VE Workshops and similar meetings.
- Completing task orders related to horizontal and vertical construction, sustainment, renovation, and modernization of real property.
- Engaging in construction infrastructure site improvements such as fencing, roads, parking, airfield paving, drainage, facility repairs, environmental work (HazMat testing, removal, disposal), facility upgrades, and system maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
- Task orders may be fully designed or Design-Build.
