SUPPORTS THE PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT THROUGH THE DLA ELECTRONIC CATALOG (ECAT) FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) HOSPITALS, CLINICS, AND OTHER FEDERAL CUSTOMERS. ITEMS PROVIDED INCLUDE THOSE USED IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF DISEASE, MAINTENANCE OF HEALTH, AND OPERATIVE INTERVENTION, AS WELL AS MEDICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT SUITABLE FOR REPEATED USE IN VARIOUS SETTINGS. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE BUY AMERICAN ACT COMPLIANT AND FDA APPROVED.
