Valley Apparel LLC, Knoxville, Tennessee (SPE1C1-23-D-0016, $16,876,125); and Federal Prison Industries Inc.,** doing business as UNICOR, Washington, D.C. (SPE1C1-23-D-0017, $16,285,500), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for GEN III cold weather jackets.
