Government Description
Css services provided in support of the Recovery Assist, Secure, And Traverse (RAST) system. Includes proactively reviewing the RAST system and components to identify risk items and propose new components in advance of obsolescence issues, analyzing projects to identify predictive indicators or trends on component wind-down, tracking extended lead-times and late deliveries, reporting on pricing increases, and reviewing industry planned electronic obsolescence. Additional tasks include identifying alternate vendors for supply for same or similar equipment for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) submission, updating and reviewing spares lists at depot and carry-on-board levels, contributing to USN RAST Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) reviews, and coordinating with manufacturing engineering for planning and testing of new components. Solutions must be both forward fit and back fit.

Togiak Management Services LLC*, Anchorage Alaska, is awarded a $24,203,108 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide manufacturing and overhaul operations for the Prototype, Manufacturing and Test Department in support of various support equipment and aircraft launch and recovery equipment products for the Navy. Work will be performed in Lakehurst, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed in November 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 637.
