Maintenance for electrical receiving and distribution systems and facilities, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) atsugi and the U.S. Forces Japan (USFJ) controlled areas in kanto plain, Japan. Includes maintenance, inspection, and repair of main electrical substation facilities, 60 cycle power plant facility, building substations, cubicle type secondary unit substations, and various high and low voltage equipment. The contractor also performs maintenance and repair of SCADA systems and has completed tasks such as moving a transformer between facilities and replacing dc panel batteries at NAF atsugi.
