Amendment 0001 for Q and A, and extending the proposal submission due date. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below at U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi and the U.S. Forces Japan Controlled Areas in Kanto Plain, Japan under a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The Contractor shall provide the following services: a. Maintenance, Inspection and Repair for Main Electrical Substation Facilities, 60 cycle power plant facility, building substations, and cubicle type secondary unit substations. b. Maintenance, Inspection and Repair for various substation facilities. c. Maintenance, Inspection and Repair for various high voltage and low voltage equipment d. Maintenance and Repair of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Background
The U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi and the U.S. Forces Japan Controlled Areas in Kanto Plain, Japan require maintenance, inspection, and repair services for electrical receiving and distribution systems and facilities, as well as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. The contract is a single award firm-fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes both recurring and nonrecurring work.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide maintenance, inspection, and repair for main electrical substation facilities, 60 cycle power plant facility, building substations, cubicle type secondary unit substations, various substation facilities, high voltage and low voltage equipment, as well as SCADA systems. The services will include management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to accomplish the requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base period (Recurring Work) is from 01-Mar-2024 to 28-Feb-2025. Additionally, there are option periods for both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work extending the contract until 28-Feb-2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi and the U.S. Forces Japan Controlled Areas in Kanto Plain, Japan.
