THE PURPOSE OF THIS ACTION IS TO ESTABLISH A SINGLE-AWARD STRATEGIC MARKETPLACE (SM) UNDER THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA) SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-WIDE PROCUREMENTS (SEWP) V GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWACS).
