Background
The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64), located in Washington, DC, proposes to issue a modification to Strategic Marketplace No. 89303025AIM000024 to increase the BPA ceiling by $10 million from $30 million to $40 million.

This action supports the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and is justified for an exception to fair opportunity due to the unique and highly specialized nature of the supplies and services required.

Work Details
This modification authorizes and approves the increase in estimated value for procurement of Google products and services, as well as other information technology commercial products and services provided by Optivor Technologies, LLC.
