Overview
Government Description
Epa-RTP facilities maintenance and support services provides operations and maintenance for EPA facilities at Research Triangle Park (RTP) and chapel hill, NC, including offices, laboratories, computer and conference spaces, and child care facilities. Includes building automation system operations, facility trouble desk, administrative and program management support, quality management, and preventive maintenance. Additional tasks performed under this contract include laboratory and conference room renovations, installation and upgrades of building systems (such as air compressors, sterilizers, boilers, and elevators), security infrastructure maintenance, inclement weather and snow removal, supply inventory management, and repairs to facility infrastructure such as fire suppression systems, water systems, and playgrounds.
