C1 ambulance transportation services provides ambulance transportation for veterans in connection with treatment or care for service-connected disabilities. The contractor supplies all required labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision to perform ambulance services to and from specified locations, including the dallas VA medical center and polk street VA clinic. Services are available 24/7, 365 days a year, with vehicles maintained according to manufacturer’s schedules and equipped with necessary communication systems, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Services are performed at the dallas VA medical center, polk street VA clinic in dallas, Texas, and other community hospitals and VA facilities within and outside the service area.
