Annual carpet cleaning services provided for the orlando VA healthcare system (OVAHCS) facilities. The contractor performs scheduled and unscheduled carpet cleaning across approximately 330,000 square feet at orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) at lake nona, lake baldwin VAMC, and lakemont campus. All personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary for carpet cleaning are supplied, utilizing industry-standard procedures to remove stains and spots, maintain a clean and uniform appearance, and extend carpet life. Cleaning strategies and plans are implemented to ensure cost-effective and organized service delivery.
