Blanket purchase agreement for maintenance and support of philips digital telepathology scanners, image management software, and associated servers for VA medical centers nationwide. Services include comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement parts, software updates and upgrades, and end-user technical support for fda-cleared philips digital telepathology systems. The service model allows each VA medical center to customize service levels based on equipment needs and urgency, supporting mission-critical clinical pathology operations for veteran patient diagnosis and care. Maintenance and support provided across multiple VA medical centers throughout the United States.
