Government Description
Multimedia center (MMC) maintenance and support services. Provides ongoing and preventative maintenance of MMC and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and software, on-site support services, inventory verification, technical and project management support, and real-time updates on inventory tracking. Tasks include supporting Moves, Adds, And Changes (MAC) for conference rooms, procurement, upgrade, and installation of equipment, technology refresh as it advances, construction of new audio and video rooms, and ensuring section 508 compliance in all deliverables. Additional work includes relocation of equipment, equipment repairs, and providing technical support experts for audio visual activities and multimedia operations.
