Government Description
Complete facilities maintenance services for multiple agency domestic facilities. Work performed includes operations and maintenance, renovations, repairs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, janitorial, landscaping, pest management, abatement, and infrastructure upgrades at locations such as the harry S. Truman federal building, blair house, International Chancery Center (ICC), National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC), state annexes, and potomac annex. Tasks include room and suite renovations, ceiling and flooring replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodels, lighting and fire safety upgrades, ada compliance improvements, energy savings projects, and support for specialized facility requirements. Services also cover installation and maintenance of building systems, security enhancements, and ongoing facility management support across multiple U.S. Department of State sites.
