Government Description
EAP clinical services. Provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to DEA employees and their families, including confidential counseling, outreach and prevention, support and consultation to trauma team members, trauma response, short-term counseling, training, workshops, and crisis intervention. Services are delivered through a network of licensed mental health clinicians with experience serving law enforcement personnel, with a focus on building resiliency and establishing follow-up plans for managing future difficulties. The contractor is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical, educational, consultative, administrative, and managerial services in a timely manner and in compliance with confidentiality requirements.
