Includes offering residential reentry center services with a guaranteed minimum of 20 beds (18 for males and 2 for females) and an estimated maximum of 40 beds (37 for males and 3 for females), as well as home confinement services with a guaranteed minimum of 8 placements and an estimated maximum of 15 placements for both male and female federal offenders. Services are performed within lucas, williams, fulton, defiance, paulding, henry, van wert, mercer, allen, putnam, auglaize, hancock, wood, ottawa, sandusky, and seneca counties in Ohio. The contractor is responsible for staff training, emergency procedure training, hazardous materials handling, personnel management, and maintaining operational policies and monitoring systems to ensure resident accountability.
