To provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services located within the city limits of syracuse, NY. HC radius is within 100 miles of the RRC facility in accordance with solicitation 15BRRC2500000015. Services include in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes, with a maximum of 36 RRC beds (32 for males, 4 for females) and 15 home confinement placements. Home confinement services provided within the counties of cayuga, cortland, herkimer, jefferson, lewis, madison, oneida, onondaga, and oswego, and both RRC and HC services are interconnected to ensure adequate programming and case management.
