Includes providing in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders held under United States statutes. Both RRC and home confinement services are to be delivered as defined by the federal Bureau of Prisons statement of work, with interconnected programming and case management for up to 55 in-house beds and 40 home confinement placements.
