Grant Description
Purpose: Reconstruct runway lighting; reconstruct runway.
Activities to be performed/expected outcomes: This project reconstructs 9,270 feet of the existing Runway 9/27 pavement that has reached the end of its useful life. This project reconstructs the existing Runway 9/27 lighting system that has reached the end of its useful life and requires reconstruction to meet Federal Aviation Administration standards. This grant funds the first phase, which includes reconstruction of 3,580 feet of lighting.
This grant funds the fourth phase, which includes reconstruction of 3,580 feet of Runway 9/27.
Intended beneficiary: This grant will provide federal funding for airports associated with Cheyenne, Wyoming.
