2. **Patent-application filing analytics** supporting faster, higher-quality decisions through agentic application analysis and real-time scenario analysis.
Vendors must RSVP by **October 7, 2026**, identify which objective their SI tool and consulting services satisfy, and provide the names of no more than two representatives.
Attendance is in person and capacity is limited. Vendors unable to attend may be considered for later roundtables.
The announcement states that participation is solely for market research under PTOEA authorities and is not a request for proposals, guarantee of a solicitation, or promise of a contract award.
USPTO may nevertheless issue future solicitations based on the roundtable and demonstrations.
Vendors seeking a prime award must maintain active SAM.gov registration and provide a UEI.
Potential solutions must be capable of demonstrating their technical architecture. Any future USPTO-owned data, algorithms, code, or agentic intellectual property must remain USPTO property and be stored in the United States.
Underlying models are expected to be American-built, supported by model cards and bias/drift monitoring. SaaS offerings are encouraged to have FedRAMP certification, integrations with Okta and Entra, robust APIs, and effective monitoring and auditability.
