Industry Day Outreach Flier: The Guam PTAC and FEMA Region IX are hosting an industry day event focused on staying competitive in the local and federal market, small business/HUBZone certifications, and how to do business with FEMA.
The event will take place from June 28th to June 30th at the Jesus and Eugenia Leon Guerrero Business and Public Administration Building in Mangilao, GU. Registration is required by June 27, 2022, with online registration available. Mock solicitations will be provided as pre-event homework due on June 28th.
The outreach targets underserved communities in line with Executive Order 13985 to address barriers to equal opportunity. The schedule includes main presentations on June 28th and one-on-one discussions with onsite FEMA team members on June 29th and 30th. Boris Hertslet from Guam PTAC and Demetria Carter from FEMA Region IX are the designated points of contact for the event.
