DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS AIR COMBAT COMMAND JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS VA People First… Mission Always… 26 October 2021 MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS FROM: Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) Contracting (PKCB) SUBJECT: Air Combat Training Systems (ACTS) Operation, Maintenance, & Engineering Support Virtual Industry Day and Telephonic One-on-One Discussions 1. The ACTS Virtual Industry Day is scheduled for Wednesday, 17 November 2021 from 9:00 to 10:30 am EST. Additionally, individual conferences will be available for those offerors interested in One-on-One discussions with the Government. We anticipate 30-minute individual sessions from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm EST on 17 November 2021 and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on 18 November 2021. Each 30-minute individual session is available by appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional appointments may be available on 19 November 2021, if required. Telephonic One-on-One discussions will use a company provided teleconference number and be able to accommodate up to eight (8) Government representatives, as well as all participating company representatives. We ask that you limit individual session discussions to ACTS specific contracting and program issues. All Industry Day and One-on-One events will be held at the UNCLASSIFIED – CUI level. 2. Request offerors interested in participating in the Industry Day or One-on-One discussions email the completed registration form to ACCA3.ACTS.ContractTeam@us.af.mil no later than 10 November 2021; please include "ACTS Industry Day - Company Name" in the subject line. When requesting a One-on-One session, please identify three preferred time slots from the list below. A confirmation email will be sent to provide the MS Teams invitation for the Industry Day presentation. One-on-One Appointment Time slots (EST) 17 November 2021 18 November 2021 2:00 - 2:30 pm 9:00 - 9:30 am 2:45 - 3:15 pm 9:45 - 10:15 am 3:30 - 4:00 pm 10:30 - 11:00 am 11:15 - 11:45 am 1:15 - 1:45 pm 2:00 - 2:30 pm 2:45 - 3:15pm 3:30 - 4:00 pm 4:15 - 4:45 pm 3. Request offerors submit written questions by 9:00 am EST on 15 November 2021 via email to ACCA3.ACTS.ContractTeam@us.af.mil. Company names of questions will not be made public; only the questions and Government responses will be discussed at Industry Day and posted to “Contract Opportunities” on SAM.gov upon conclusion of the event. Questions and responses shall be used as part of the Government's continuous information exchange in an effort to adequately and appropriately state the service requirements for the ACTS requirement. Submit any questions of a proprietary nature under separate email with proprietary annotations in the title and body of the email. 4.
