Amendment 0001 to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, Information Technology Acquisition Center RFP 70RTAC26R00000004 updates the proposal submission deadline and the deadline for submitting solicitation questions.

- Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 11, 2026.
- Solicitation questions must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 2, 2026.
The amendment also provides additional clarification regarding the content of submitted questions and includes a track-changes version of the solicitation as an attachment.
Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment before the applicable proposal deadline through the methods specified in the Standard Form 30, including acknowledgment in the offer or by separate written or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFP remain unchanged and in full force and effect unless specifically revised by this amendment.
