Welcome to the 2023 Air National Guard Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) Workshop in Tempe,
Arizona, taking place from 16-18 July 2023. The SAFE Association is sponsoring a three-day
exhibition event, which is collocated with the Air National Guard Event.
This event is the premier forum for professionals, academics, engineers, and industry leaders working
towards advancing personal safety and protection in air, land, space, and marine environments. As a
participant, you will have access to a powerful platform for innovation, education, networking, and
strengthening the disciplines of the personal safety and protection community.
The event will provide a unique opportunity to connect with industry and AFE stakeholders,
customers, and influencers, and showcase new technologies and current portfolios that meet ANG
AFE needs and requirements. This focused event offers a powerful platform for innovation,
education, networking, and strengthening the disciplines of the personal safety and protection.
Attendees will have access to an industry-sponsored reception held at the hotel venue from 1700
hours to 2100 hours on 16 July 2023. A registration table will be available at the venue for this event,
and a charge of $50.00 per person will be required to attend. Industry partners attending and hosting a
booth in the exhibit area will only need to check-in at the registration table as the cost is included in
the booth fee.
To attend the ANG Aircrew Flight Equipment Workshop Industry Event, complete the registration

AFE Briefing being held on 16 July or to sign up for the Industry Reception or Exhibit Space. Forms
and registration are due by 10 June 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
