Government Description
Operation and maintenance service contract for jhk O and M. Provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor rehabilitation services for the W. Kerr scott project facilities, including the visitor assistance center & environmental education center, twelve recreation areas, approximately 40 miles of trails, shoreline areas, 1,475 surface acres of reservoir, visitor center security and fire systems, operational areas, forestry and wildlife lands, and government-owned vehicles, vessels, and equipment. All necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, and consumables are furnished to maintain these facilities in a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition, ensuring uninterrupted visitor access and efficient operation of critical infrastructure. Work is performed in compliance with safety regulations as outlined in em 385-1-1.
