Includes ensuring compliance with U.S. And host nation laws, codes, and safety standards, obtaining necessary licenses and permits, taking safety precautions, managing all materials and work until project completion, addressing damages from contractor negligence, and following U.S. Forces Japan (USFJ) entry requirements for personnel, equipment, and supplies.
