Government Description
Replace paint booth and drying oven, building 110, watervliet arsenal NY. The project consists of providing a new automated paint booth and oven in a manufacturing building, featuring robotic tooling, programmable controls, and climate control for heating and cooling. The new equipment will accommodate components ranging from 15 ft to 40 ft long and weighing up to 8000 lbs, and includes all supporting infrastructure such as electrical, communications, gas, and steam. Construction will be phased to maintain operation of the existing paint booth and oven until the new systems are installed, after which the old equipment will be demolished.
