Includes New Equipment Training (NET) with classroom, hands-on, and simulation instruction; Field Service and Depot Repairs with Embedded Field Support Representatives (FSRS) supporting units during exercises and deployments both CONUS and OCONUS; a 24-HOUR help desk for rapid response; provision of spares packages for each battery; depot supply and maintenance; repairs and services; supplier management; transportation support; and integration of logistics automated systems.
