Mid Range Capability (MRC) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Background
The U.S. Army has a requirement to procure Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the Mid Range Capability (MRC) weapon system. The goal of this contract is to ensure the readiness and operational capability of the MRC system through comprehensive logistics support, including training, maintenance, and supply chain management.

The acquisition will be conducted under a procurement method other than full and open competition due to the specialized nature of the services required.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. **Field Service and Depot Repairs**: Field Support Representatives (FSRs) will be embedded with units to provide continuous support during test exercises and deployments both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). FSRs will receive specialized training for system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs. A 24-hour help desk will be available for quick response and support.

2. **New Equipment Training (NET)**: The contractor will deliver NET as part of MRC equipment delivery, including classroom instruction, hands-on labs, interactive training, and simulation for operators and maintenance personnel.

3. **Spares**: A spares package will be provided for each Battery consisting of unique spare/repair parts and consumables necessary for supporting the system from NET through fielding and flight tests.

4. **Resources**: The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all logistics support is in place by the critical need date of April 1, 2025, to avoid unacceptable delays in fulfilling Army requirements.

Place of Performance
The contract work will take place both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS).
