Government Description
Geotab telematics devices, delivery, installation, and monthly pro-plus software subscription plan for NRCS vehicles. Includes providing telematics devices, harnesses, and piv card readers for self-installation, with base service and reporting capabilities for the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) owned vehicle fleet. Up to 6,472 NRCS vehicles will be equipped with telematics devices in a four-phased implementation, enabling real-time data collection, cost and utilization tracking, and improved fleet operations and driver safety. The contractor will supply hardware, software, installation services, training, and ongoing technical support, with devices integrated into the fpac Vehicle Management Tool (VMT), USDA dashboards, and other federal fleet systems.
