Home health quality measurement, Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) model and hospice assessment instruments development and maintenance. Includes ongoing expertise and support in the development and analysis of home health and hospice assessment instruments, quality measures, and guidance, as well as operation of the home health quality help desk and support for the home health VBP help desk. Additional tasks include development and delivery of accessible materials to ensure compliance with section 508/504, programming support for calculation of medicare claims-based quality measures, development of confidential feedback reports, technical specifications for new data elements and measures, and monitoring of home health agency performance on functional outcome measures. The project also involves collaboration on public reporting of quality, consensus-based entity support for measures under consideration, and support for the transition of the hospice QRP from qies to iqies.
