General Integration (GI) support labor provides support for the Office of The Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in areas such as infrastructure services, enterprise storage, backup and data protection, virtualization, O365 mail, document management, unified communications, printing services, records information, emergency response systems, and security/compliance requirements. Tasks include engineering, design and development, configuration, installation, testing, capacity planning, security certification, and developing methodologies for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) and United States Attorneys' Offices (USAO) it infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include identifying hardware/software defects, coordinating with manufacturers or vendors to resolve issues, integrating enhancements, and adding new hardware and software. The work also encompasses core it support, pc assist support, and specialized support for multiple service points (SP1, SP2, SP4, SP6, SP19, SP21), as well as travel in support of these activities.
