General Integration (GI) Support

The scope of this solicitation encompasses Contractor support for the OCIO in the areas including, the following: infrastructure services, enterprise storage, backup and data protection, virtualization, O365 mail, document management, unified communications, printing services, records information, emergency response systems, and security/compliance requirements. This includes all related engineering, design and development, configuration, installation, testing, capacity planning, security certification, and otherwise developing methodologies best suited to the EOUSA and USAO IT infrastructure environment. Additionally, responsibilities will include identification of hardware/software defects, coordination with manufacturers or vendors to resolve problems and fix defects, integration of enhancements to existing hardware and software, and addition of new hardware and software.
