Government Description
The general contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items to complete project 620A4-22-700 EHRM infrastructure upgrades construction at the castle point VAMC eo 14398. Includes electrical improvements such as electrical panel upgrades and power supply enhancements (normal and emergency), bonding, UPS installations, integration with building management systems, assessment and upgrades to existing HVAC systems, reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing spaces (including demolition, new construction, finishes, and cabling), construction of a new data center (site work, utilities, HVAC, UPS, power distribution, cable management, finishes), enhancement of communication infrastructure with new data outlets, patch panels, and cat 6A cabling upgrades, physical security upgrades, assessment and upgrade of fiber infrastructure campus-wide, provision of diversified WAN paths, and hazardous material abatement across multiple campus buildings.
