Virtual Test and Training Center (VTTC)

Design, procure, build, install, sustain and support a Virtual Test and Training Center (VTTC) at Nellis AFB to include VTTC Battlespace System and VTTC Integrated Mass Brief/Debrief System at the Secret/Special Access Required (S/SAR) and up to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information/Special Access Required (TS/SCI/SAR) security. The VTTC will deliver full spectrum air, space and cyberspace combat and Command and Control (C2) integration training and tactics development/exercises necessary to build warfighter readiness capacity and capabilities. VTTC intends to prepare USAF warfighters for the joint/combined spectrum of operations across all campaign phases by leveraging VTTC assets to provide a persistent and integrated tactics development and advanced training environment.

To assist in the RFI response, the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) will be made available. The CONOPS has a Distribution Statement D and is authorized to U.S. DoD contractors for administrative use only. Please contact Capt.
