VA National Cemetary Administration Gravesite Kiosk Location Modernization ID/IQ   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Infrastructure Operations is responsible for providing information technology support to VA’s National Cemetery Administration (NCA) throughout the continental United States (US), outside the continental United States, and Puerto Rico. NCA’s mission is to honor the military service of our nation’s Veterans. NCA provides a dignified burial and lasting memorial for Veterans and their eligible family members. National Cemeteries are maintained as national shrines. NCA’s vision is to provide a lasting tribute to our nation’s Veterans by being mission driven, results oriented, and customer focused.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide gravesite locator kiosk enclosures that are defined in PWS Section 5.1. The Contractor shall also provide kiosks enclosure delivery, installation, maintenance, and warranty.
In addition to the required maintenance as defined in PWS Section 5.2, all kiosk enclosures and services shall include the standard commercial warranty for a period of no less than one year.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be identified in individual orders.

Place of Performance
Tasks under this PWS shall be performed in CONUS and OCONUS VA facilities.
