Truck and Trailer Repair Blanket Purchase Agreement

Background
The Memphis District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for the assessment, diagnostics, and repair of trucks and trailers. This contract aims to establish three or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to ensure that the vehicles operated by the USACE are maintained in a fully operational state. The homeport for these vehicles is located at Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109.

Work Details
The contractor will provide non-personal services including assessments, diagnostics, and repairs of trucks and trailers. A detailed report listing all required maintenance and repairs must be delivered to the government. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, parts, management, supervision, facilities, utilities, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuel, and articles (excluding government-furnished property) needed to perform the work according to specifications and regulations.

Major tasks include:
1. Performing assessments/diagnostics/repairs on various makes/models of trucks and trailers to ensure they are mission-capable.
2. Documenting all maintenance and repair items in a report provided to the government.
3. Submitting separate costs for labor and materials for all items in the report.
4. Absorbing all transportation costs related to the repair of trucks and trailers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall not exceed one month from contract award.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance include Ensley Engineer Yard in Memphis, TN; Richardson’s Landing Mat Casting Field in Drummonds, TN; Delta, LA Mat Casting Field; and St. Francisville, LA Mat Casting Field.
