Draft RFP documents are provided as detailed within the H92401-25-R-0002 DRAFT RFP - Attachment Listing . The documents within this Table are intended to be included as the final attachments to what will be the Final RFP (projected for release on/about 18 March 2025). Columns B and C reference the projected Attachment Number and CLIN/Section respectively, within the Final RFP. Column D identifies the name of the particular attachment/section, followed by the most recent date of draft in Column F. Column G, Included in Draft RFP,' specifically references which draft documents have been provided as part of the Draft RFP. Column H identifies which of these documents require Restricted Access.

Background
The Targeted Requirement Execution (TREX) Multiple Award Contract(s) (MAC) 3 Follow-On Draft RFP is issued by USSOCOM. This draft notice serves as an introduction to the upcoming solicitation, which aims to establish multiple prime contracts for various support services and equipment.

The final RFP is projected for release on or about 18 March 2025. This draft does not constitute a formal solicitation, and proposals will not be accepted at this stage.

Work Details
The contract intends to award a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 prime awards based on proposal evaluations. Up to 1 award will be reserved for the highest-rated small business offeror. Offerors must prepare their proposals in several volumes:
- Volume 1: Technical (Factor 1) - Must demonstrate the offeror's ability to perform required support.
- Volume 2: Past Performance (Factor 2) - Evaluated based on past performance relevancy.
- Volume 3: Delivery Order Management (Factor 3) - Should include a summary of the planned approach for meeting requirements, logistics capabilities, and configuration management of equipment.
- Volume 4: Delivery Order Price (Factor 4) - Pricing must be submitted using the provided Price Matrix without alterations.
- Volume 5: Administrative Criteria - Documentation required for contractor responsibility determination, including proof of Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret Safeguarding Capability.
