System Module and Standard Module cable set   5

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals to fabricate, assembly, assembly, test, and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) System Module and Standard Module cable set. A pre-solicitation notice was posted on 18 November, 2020 to beta.sam.gov.

The specification/drawings package will be available via FedEx or DoD SAFE upon written request submitted from the Offeror to jerome.r.pita.civ@us.navy.mil and nayneet.kaur.civ@us.navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certificate Program.

Offerors may submitt questions regarding this solicitation by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at estefania.a.cordovaruiz.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at nayneet.kaur.civ@us.navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received two weeks prior to the closing date of this solicitation. Questions received after may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry questions received to date and to extend the solicitation's closing date.

Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to inform that in case there is a discrepancy between Section J Attachment J-S-2 Pricing Spreadsheet and Section B in this Solicitation and in accordance with Section L, paragraph 2.4: In the event of a discrepancy, prices found in the filled-out Section B shall be utilized. , Offerors can update their proposal and Attachment J-S-2 according to Section B.
