Solicitation for Cisco & Poly Virtual Teleconferencing (VTC) Equipment Blanket Purchase Agreement   4

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit contractors for the purpose of entering into a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery & installation of Cisco and Poly brand Virtual Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment packages.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the equipment, labor, travel, installation, and integration for Cisco and Poly VTC systems for (ITSR) requests that are opened for various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories. The contractor will be required to perform simultaneous installations at various sites, at different times of the year for all programs.

The objective of this BPA is to provide ICE with the deployment of a turnkey solution for four (4) room designs to meet ICE’s multimedia needs. The Audio Visual (AV) solution will include small, medium, large, and extra-large / training room designs. The room designs will be used for conferencing and can be used independently of the VTC, for other Audio/Video Platforms (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, etc).

Various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories.
