SOLE SOURCE - STAIB Instruments, Inc. Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) system with 15 kilovolt (kV) electron gun for the Veeco GenII Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system

Background
The U.S. Army Research Laboratory is issuing a sole source award to STAIB Instruments, Inc. for the procurement of a Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) system with a 15 kilovolt (kV) electron gun. The system is intended for use with the Veeco GenII Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system. The contract is being issued under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract type.

- Quantity of one (1) Shipping to Adelphi, MD 20783; UoM: Lot. Delivery is required by 01 November 2023 to the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Building #102, Receiving Room, 2800 Powder Mill Road, Adelphi, MD 20783.

Period of Performance
