Scaffolding Rental (Setup, Rental Period, Removal)

Background
The Bonneville Dam in Multnomah County, Oregon requires scaffolding to be set up, rented for a short term period, and then taken down and removed. The contract is for the installation, maintenance, and removal of scaffolding in the draft tube of Unit 4 in Power House 1 at Bonneville Lock and Dam for inspections of turbine nose cone and blade seals. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service Contract for a duration of one month, with an optional item of a daily rate after the one month period dependent on the results of turbine inspection.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install, maintain, and remove scaffolding in the draft tube of Unit 4 in Power House 1 at Bonneville Lock and Dam for inspections of turbine nose cone and blade seals. The contractor must re-perform all unsatisfactory work unless excused by government inspection. The government will furnish water and electric power necessary for the performance of the work required under these specifications without cost to the Contractor. Equipment shall be industrial grade.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a duration of one month with an optional item of a daily rate after the one month period dependent on the results of turbine inspection.
